The LASIK Concierge serves as the main liaison between MDs, management, staff, and referring physicians, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination of surgical activities.

As our ophthalmic technician, you will be working up patients for medical and routine eye exams.

Assist and educate patients in appropriate selection of optical goods for patient’s needs. Take necessary measurements, update computer and enter information, post charges, discounts and insurance. Dispense optical goods, perform repairs and adjustments. Assist with contact lens teachings, giving instructions and documenting such. Process all orders for IEC or outside lab production. Final inspect and notify patients when optical goods are ready to be dispensed. Assist with inventory control, answer department telephones, provide assistance, and take orders including follow-up.
