This is a 40 hour per week position.
Work hours are somewhere between 7 am and 5:30 pm dependent on the position and patient needs. Some positions may work on a Saturday rotation with hours between 7 am and 12 pm.
This position may require traveling to all of our locations.

Responsibilities:
The Surgical Assistant supports the surgical process by preparing and managing pre-operative and post-operative documentation, coordinating communication between hospitals, surgeons, and patients, and ensuring surgeries proceed smoothly. The role involves patient education, scheduling, and maintaining detailed, organized records.
Education & Experience:
- Education – High school or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills as demonstrated in past work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior healthcare experience in either clinical or patient scheduling preferred
- Basic Microsoft application basic proficiency
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
