I arrived during the lunch break time. Everyone coming and going through the waiting room spoke to me. Everyone had smiles. The doctor was back from lunch early and he came and got me and did every test and then the exam by himself. He was friendly and thorough. I was done at my appointment before my appointment time even started. I did go to optical and had great help picking out a new pair of glasses. Everyone is top notch friendly.

The staff are exceptional, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After check, my wait was very minimal and I was taken back to a room for the initial exam. The eye exam was so thorough, probably the most thorough one I’ve had. After getting the drops for dilation, my wait again was not long at all and the exam with Dr. Pike was as usual, excellent. I feel very safe in his professional hands. There was no rushed feeling at all and I had plenty of time to ask and have questions answered. I have been going to Illinois Eye Center for ten years and have never had any issues or complaints. Everything is great. I’m treated with respect and courtesy. The optical department has an array of frames to look at and choose from if new (or original) glasses are recommended. I highly recommend Illinois Eye Center for all your eye health, routine eye exams, treatments for any issues and surgery.

Everyone from the receptionist to the various stages of testing and treatment were all so friendly and pleasant and efficient. I am so blessed today now have good eyesight in my bad eye and I’m looking forward to complete repair. He was friendly and thorough.
