Security

Your privacy is important to us, and that is why we have a patient portal. Using the portal is a way to share your exam summary with you.

Step 1

  1. You must use the matching email that we have in our system.  If we do not have your email, this will not work.
  2. If you have never accessed the portal before, click on “Not Registered” 
  3. If you are having trouble with the portal, contact us at (309) 243-2400 or email contactus@illinoiseyecenter.com, and someone will reach out to you to assist you.

Step 2 – Registration

  1. You must use the matching email that we have in our system.  If we do not have your email, this will not work.

Step 3 – Validation

  1. At this time, you will need a Validation Code.
  2. The Code is sent by TEXT MESSAGE or EMAIL to the contact information that we have on file.
  3. Expect a text from a (805) area code.
  4. You will also need to enter your Birth Date, and it must match what we have on file.
  5. If you are having trouble with the portal, contact us at (309) 243-2400 or email contactus@illinoiseyecenter.com, and someone will reach out to you to assist you.
  6. If our records do not match, you will not be able to access your portal.

After you are in, Navigation is simple!

The portal has three sections.

  • My Health Records
    1. Our letters
    2. Pathology reports (if requested)
    3. Lab reports (if requested)
  • Message My Provider
    1. Use this for non-urgent questions for your doctor.
    2. Send us a health-related question, and someone will call you.
    3. It may be the next business day before you are called back.  If your question needs an answer sooner, please call our office at (309)243-2400.
  • Statements
    1. Statements are available by contacting our office at (309)243-2400.

How to send a health-related message to your doctor

1. You will get a notice, and must agree in order to send the message.

2. Complete the fields below, with your health-related question, and someone will call you. It may be the next business day when you are called.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your email address, then click Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email, first name, and date of birth.  These must all match what we have on file in our system.
  3. Once you click next, you will be asked to answer your Secret Question to verify that you are the correct person.

Holiday Hours

During the holiday season, Illinois Eye Center has special hours for our three locations. Please review below and contact us at 309-243-2400 with any questions.

Pekin and Washington 

  • Closed from December 23rd through December 27th. All services will be available in Peoria per the below schedule. We will reopen with normal business hours on 12/30.
 

Peoria Office (including Optical Department and EyeCareToday – Same Day)

  • December 23rd – normal business hours
  • December 24th – Closed (*By appointment only)
  • December 25th – Closed
  • December 26th – normal business hours resume
 

All offices (Peoria, Washington, Peoria, Optical Department, and EyeCareToday – Same Day)

  • December 31st, all offices will close early at 4:00 PM
  • January 1st – Closed (*By appointment only)
  • January 2nd – normal business hours resume
